We make everything to order with care — thank you for your patience while we craft your piece. Below is everything you need to track your shipment once it's on its way.
Step 1: Check Your Confirmation Email
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. Click that link to see the latest updates from the carrier.
Step 2: View Your Order Status Page
You can also check your order status anytime using the link in your original order confirmation email. That page shows your fulfillment status, tracking number, and estimated delivery window as soon as your order ships.
Step 3: Enter Your Order Details
Don't see your confirmation email? Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
Made-to-Order Timing
All Becca's Banging Designs products are made to order — we don't keep pre-made inventory on hand. Here's what to expect:
- Production time: Most orders are fulfilled within 2–4 business days of being placed.
- Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Tracking activation: Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours to show movement after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
We ship approximately 88% of orders with tracking, so you'll almost always have full visibility into your delivery.
