  • Specific customer-provided details

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, and other personalization details before approving a custom order.

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Cancellation and order-change requests are reviewed based on the current status of the order.

Changes may not be possible once:

  • Materials have been ordered

  • Production has started

  • A custom design has been approved

  • The order has shipped
