Return & Exchange Policy
At Becca’s Banging Designs, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear
- In their original condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange eligible apparel when inventory and product availability allow.
Because many of our items are printed to order, the replacement item may require our normal 2–5 business day processing time before shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.
Returns & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
This includes items customized with names, photos, dates, custom wording, or other customer-requested personalization.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If the issue was caused by us, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or items specifically marked “Final Sale”
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Sizing
Please review the size chart provided on the product page before ordering.
Because sizing and fit preferences can vary, we strongly recommend checking the measurements before selecting your size. Eligible unworn apparel may still be exchanged for another size under the terms above.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact Becca’s Banging Designs with your order number and whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
