📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

📮 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
