During holidays or large launches, processing times may be slightly extended — but we always keep you updated.

We ship quickly once your order is completed.
Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Local pickup is available for customers in our area.

Pickup/meet times are typically after 6 PM unless arranged otherwise.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
