Customization

 

Q: Can I customize my order?

A: Yes! Many of our custom shirts, sweatshirts, and tumblers can be personalized with names, team colors, or special requests. Just add your details in the notes at checkout or message us before placing your order.

Q: How long does customization take?

A: Customized items usually take 3–5 business days to process before shipping.

 

Q: Can I see a mockup before my order is made?

A: Absolutely! For personalized items, we can send you a digital proof for approval.

 

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know which size to order?

A: Check the size chart on each product page. Our graphic tees run true to size. For a relaxed fit, size up.


Q: What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?

A: We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Product Details & Care

Q: What brand and style of shirts do you use?

A: We print on high-quality blanks: Gildan 6400 softstyle tees, Comfort Colors 1717 & 1745 relaxed fit tees, Gildan 1800 sweatshirts, and Gildan 640B youth tees.

 

Q: How should I wash my apparel?

A: Machine wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and don’t iron directly on the design.

 

Q: Are your prints durable?

A: Yes! We use direct-to-film (DTF) printing, which holds up wash after wash.

 

Q: How do I care for tumblers?

A: Our durable printed tumblers are hand-wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Customized orders take 3–5 business days to process. Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items. Custom and personalized orders are final sale.

 

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days.

How to request an exchange:

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item/size you’d like.
  2. Send your item back in its original condition.
  3. Once received, we’ll ship your replacement and provide tracking.
