Thank you for shopping with Becca’s Banging Designs. This shipping policy outlines processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and important shipping information for all orders placed through our store.

Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, please review this shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

🛍 Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment.

• Apparel & Custom Items: 2–5 business days

• Tumblers & Specialty Items: 2–5 business days

• Pre-Order Items: Processing times will be listed in the product description

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, sports events, school functions, or vendor markets), processing times may be slightly extended.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

• Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 2–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce processing time. Delivery estimates provided in this shipping policy are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

📍 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after the shipping label has been created.

📦 Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Becca’s Banging Designs is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

1. Check with household members or neighbors

2. Contact your local post office or carrier

3. File a claim directly with the shipping provider

4. Contact us — we are happy to assist with tracking support

While this shipping policy does not cover carrier-related losses or delays, we will always do our best to help.

We currently ship within the United States only.

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.

🎉 Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select vendor events or markets. When available, pickup details will be shown at checkout or provided directly.
